trying to swap phones Db_no_data_found_exception-client701:089602100497537 is not found in NMS

Trying to swap to an old phone i had.   It was at&t got them to unlock it.  Ggettomg db_no_data_found_exception-Client.701:357365051618268 is not found in NMS error when i enter the IMEI number and my SN seems to be to long to try that way
