transferring account from virgin

hi, i'm being transferred from virgin, however unable to sign in using number/pin.

says i will be informed when the switch will occur, however don't know when this will happen.

now also unable to try to sign in; says i've tried too many times and wait an hour, after 2 days.

would greatly appreciate help,
