Suspended Account

My account has been suspended. When I tried to make a payment an error occurred stating to contact support. I called the number and I got directed to an after hour automated machine giving prompt options that I have already exhausted, yet still denied. In the top right hand corner next to re-boost/log-out it says activate device, does that mean my device is currently de-activated and I have to re-activate it in order to be unsuspended? Or is it just a general option to activate any device(s). (I don't know if a device automatically gets deactivated when the account is suspended/if a device can be active but it is only just an account issue). Is there a 24/7 online help service that can unsuspend my account or give me steps how to do it myself? Thank you.
