Please activate my virgin mobile broadband 2 go device

Hi

If i try to activate it using website then it says "default plans are not available" please contact customer care

i want to activate it on $25 1.5GB plan.

The problem is that either the device is activated wrong or not activated at all because it does not get EVDO network instead it gets 1xRTT

The problem is resolved my such a nice staff from virgin mobile

I want to know. i only get 1xRTT coverage and thatis 1-2 bars.

Will i get EVDO network ever?

do i need an external antenna

No problem! You must be in an area with data coverage (1xRTT or EVDO) in order to connect to the network.  @RonaldStewart.

I just refilled my account with $25 code and activated service. I can see 1536 MB of data on account page yet not able to connect to internnet 1xRTT

says  remote computer did not respond.
