Please activate my virgin mobile broadband 2 go device

Hi

If i try to activate it using website then it says "default plans are not available" please contact customer care

i want to activate it on $25 1.5GB plan.

Hi there RonaldStewart. Sorry about the issue there with your Broadband2Go device. Have you started the installation on your computer and got the Connection Manager running? If not, please let me know to give you the steps on how to install. On the other hand, if you did,you need to launch the Connection Manager and with the USB device inserted on your computer, select Activate tab. Next, The Start tab of the "Activate your Broadband2Go USB Device" screen displays. Click the radio button next to I want to activate my Broadband2Go USB device and click Next. From there just follow the Installation Wizard.  Please let me know if you need further assistance.

Hi

I did all installs and was on activation page

I entered all details  and submitted with ESN and personal details.

but then at next step it says your device is not elgible for default plans.

its new device with packing opened first time.

waiting for my devices ESN to get added to default plans list

I need $25 1.5 GB 3G plan and not 4G

I know it can be donbe because we got same device activated 2 weeks ago.

The problem was same.  "there are no default plans available"

Hi

its been alredy resolved , i got account created and email is sent to me. I am able to login with phone and PIN

i just need my PIN applied , i already have balance of $25

I want to start my plan today instead  on said date.

The payment is in the balance, but t's not letting us manually restart the plan. That's why we escalated it to our technicians.

Do i need to program the device.

It is staying on 1xRTT network instead on EVDO.

i can not connect to internet. tried turning OFF/ON already.
