I paid for the unlimited 50 plan and now I am trying to change my plan to a family plan with 3 lines for 100 promo but why is it asking me to pay 100 and not just 50 since I already paid 50??!

Hello Pbarrientez14. Due to the prepaid nature of our services, once a plan is paid you get that service for 30 days. If you change your plan (effective immediately) before your due date, the remaining service is lost. The balance is used in full when you pay for a plan, and can not be transferred to a different plan within the billing cycle.
