Phone number is not eligible for porting
I tried to activate my new phone and port my number from Virgin mobile, but I'm getting a message that the number is not eligible. Is there a work around for this?

For sure, jmfernandez! Number transfers from Virgin mobile to us are called migrations. We can definitely help you complete that. Please send us a private message with the Virgin Mobile phone number and pin. Also, the ESN/MEID of the Boost device you are trying to activate.

Hi,
I'm trying to port my Sprint number and am getting the same error message "Your number is not eligible for porting" and also don't see a way to contact Boost Mobile except this chatroom. Thanks!

Hey there, Scarfaced! Sorry for the late reply! To help you with migrating your number from Virgin Mobile to Boost Mobile, please send us a private message including:
- The mobile number and PIN from Virgin.
- The MEID (or IMEI) of the Boost device you wish to set up.
- The first name and last name under which the Boost account will be created.
- The 4-digit PIN we'll set for the Boost account.
- Your e-mail and billing addresses.
- The monthly plan you wish to set up.
- Would you like to add phone insurance for $7.00 a month? Very useful in the event you may lose your phone either by misplacing it or theft. It also covers replacement service in the event of water, electrical, or physical damage.
Looking forward to your private message!
