Payment Extension

How to make payment extension request with the assistance provided from Boost Mobile if using the online options featured or by Calling Customer Care to see what is provide as an Option in being allowed to continue the monthly phones and plan services so that they remain active and open so a later date can be set to make any and all Payments due after granted a confirmed payment extension...

Man this absolutely SUCKS!!! I forgot all about them not letting u online while on the phone unless you're around WiFi and these BS "No extension" rules now?! I just left Metro last month because my Fiance wanted my phone and didn't want the Stylo 4 so I switched to Boost FROM Metro just to get the phone I've always wanted and for him to be happy with my old phone. WELL I love the whole entire service EXCEPT for the fact that there's NO MORE PAYMENT EXTENSIONS! AND! NO DATA WHILE TALKING ON THE PHONE AT THE SAME TIME UNLESS WIFI IS AVAILABLE AROUND U! I haven't installed WiFi yet at my new house so all I use is my Unlimited Data and gotta worry about rushing off of a call I receive just in case someone messages me important or I have to hurry and check something serious but can't cuz I'm all of a sudden on the **bleep** phone?! I miss Metro A LOT because of these 2 things! Especially the 48 hrs restoration service they give every month will Talk&Text at least.... What a **bleep** shame!

Metro is also prepaid and they do for a fact give you two extensions a month. The extensions are about a few days a piece but at least that gives you time to get some money up to pay the bill. I have been with boost for 5 years now hoping their service would get better but it hasn't.  I always only have one bar so my son has convinced me to switch to Metro because he has great service and all his bars are full. Boost mobile customer service is terrible they the reps act like they don't even know what to do. Boost and their prices with terrible service.

due to covid 19 im asking for my first extension im pretty much working from my phone and as os today ill need a couple more days please and thank you

Although we cannot provide any credits or service extensions, we do have some options available to ensure you stay connected. We have a feature called Stay Connected, which will still allow you to receive incoming calls and incoming text messages For outgoing calls, if you have a Wi-fi connection, you can use a W-Fi connection to make and receive calls via various Wi-Fi calling Apps like Messenger, Viber, Skype, Google etc. If none of these options will work for you, we would be happy to look at what lower-priced plans are available that would suit your needs better.

I was with boost mobile since 1998! Until...... I just couldn’t take it anymore 2020 I switched to metro piece of s**t (Jaja) and honestly you can use internet, messaging, and receive photos, while on the phone! Also you can get an extension on your phone for a day or 3 if you forget to pay or don’t have the money to give you time to get up the money! Boost mobiles customer service reps honestly suck dealing with this company 22 years I can’t say not much has changed since then! Still outsourcing their call centers to other countries to people who barely speak your language, they always get frustrated with you and hang up! You will receive no call back, ( NOTE: you know they got your phone number up on the screen) then calling back you have to start from scratch only to get a representative who still don’t understand a damn thing!!! SERIOUSLY BOOST MOBILE STEP UP YOUR GAME!!! Because I don’t want to see METRO piece of s**t take over and put you out! I love boost mobile I love their style and look and deals they have in the stores and online! Your young persona will draw in the crowds with your music choices and such.. however after so long of not listening to your customers repeatedly for over 20 years add options such as extension’s, ( it don’t have to be long term monthly extensions.) just A DAY or TWO is sufficient! Also please For the love of God... please let people be able to get online while on the phone!!!’ Also another thing on your online phone login where you’re able to search phone calls and texts instead of it showing your phone number when someone calls in just show the damn number. Same with the text messages.. show the number that’s texting you! Thanks In advance.. Sonya Jarquin!!!!!!!!!!
