How to make payment extension request with the assistance provided from Boost Mobile if using the online options featured or by Calling Customer Care to see what is provide as an Option in being allowed to continue the monthly phones and plan services so that they remain active and open so a later date can be set to make any and all Payments due after granted a confirmed payment extension...

Did you guys know that Metro PCS is also a prepaid company and they provide extensions on your phone bill for up to 48hrs. I’m just asking Boost because it’s bad enough we can’t talk on the phone & use the internet at the same time WITHOUT WIFI, we should at least be able to get an extension on our bills.
