You need to add or make payment on the account, and after the payment is process you need to contact one of our agents so they can apply the payment to the BoostUP! Hi there murphjax, Yes you are able to make a full payment for the remaining balance. You could complete the process at your nearest Boost Mobile store, online or through customer service. It is recommended to make the payment online to avoid extra fees. Victor21

Hello, @tagger5896. You must add the payment first, then contact Customer Service to have it applied towards your BootsUp. You can make a payment online with a credit/debit card by following these steps: 

  1. After successfully logging into your "My Boost account", you will see the "My Boost Dashboard".
  2. To make a payment, click the "Make a Payment" button.
  3. Select Credit/Debit Card button
  4. Enter amount that you want to pay.
  5. Enter Credit/Debit card information.
  6. Click Next.
  7. Review the payment information entered.
  8. Click Submit Payment.
  9. Success message will appear.
