Order Tracking

Hi,  I just ordered a New Phone yesterday on Sunday August 19, 2018. I also happen to be impatient and spent extra money on overnight shipping! I visited my boost Order Tracking and it says shipped.  I still haven't received ANY e-mails and/or my new phone.  Can I have some assistance?
