Same thing happened to me, I ordered my phone a little over a week ago through BoostUp and haven't received the phone or a confirmation number, but my bank account shows the transaction went through. I'm more than a little frustrated that Boost has received my money but has given no indication that they intend on sending me my phone.

I did the purchase yesterday and have been waiting for a confirmation email but nothing yet.

I checked my bank account and it says the payment for the phone is pending. I chose to get it delivered the next day, and haven’t received any email.

To send a Private Message you can go to your profile and click on the icon with an envelope. Then you enter the username of the person you want to send a message to and the subject. Or you can go to the user profile by clicking on the username and click on "Send this user a Private Message".

Kinda weird they can't figure out what happened but more and more people are having the same problem. With no answers. Smh
I've had the same issue. The transaction is still 'pending' a week later, I never received a confirmation email, and the order was apparently cancelled.
Edit: The pending charge has been removed from my card.
