Never received confirmation email

Hello!

Ordered a new phone on boost mobile website. After putting my personal and payment information, it got stuck on processing payment. It seems that the money was immediately taken from my account but never received a confirmation page or email, so I can't check the status of my order. 

Any help is appreciated!

Unfortunately, I did not log in when purchasing this phone. I did however enter all my personal and payment correctly before proceeding to complete the purchase.
