I need my account number but canceled my plan earlier

So my family and I switched from boost to Verizon and one of the things we needed to get was the account number, which is stupidly hard to get. After using an online chat, I was given what I thought was my account number but it turns out it was not. Now our verizon lines aren't working and after speaking with the employees at the verizon store, It appears we were given the wrong Boost account number and to fix our problem we need the correct boost account number. The problem is, I can't speak with a representative because the "support" phone number is automated and there is no way to actually speak with a representative and to use online chat, I need to login which i cannot do since i canceled my plan earlier. Somebody please help
