Double Charge, No Confirmation
I tried to order a new LG Stylo 4 today. When I clicked the button to complete the order there was a spinning circle and I guess it reloaded the page so I clicked it again and it did the same thing. Then I go to my online banking and I see that my card has been charged twice. I never got a confirmation email and when I click "track order" on my My Account page it just redirects to the virginmobileusa home page so I have no way of knowing if anything is being processed on Virgin Mobile's side. I only wanted one phone and I don't want to be paying for two.
