Detailed Bill

Is there a way to get a detailed monthly bill for my service?

I know logging on to my account I can access Payment, Talk, and Text history for up to 90 days, but I've found that to be inaccurate and only shows who I've texted or called if its putgoing, when its an incoming call or text, it shows me my number.  I need an accurate log for work purposes, so any info/help about this is greatly appreciated.

To respect the privacy of all the callers, the telephone number of the person who called or texted you isn't available on the system, in keeping with FCC privacy regulations. The best place to locate accurate information about incoming calls and texts is the recent call history and text history on the phone itself. If you have any other questions, just let us know.
