Boostup not working .

Hello , i have boostup and have been trying for weeks now to get a upgraded phone but it keeps saying "my order can not be process" i tried two different cards both that have plenty of money on them with no luck. Now the phone that i currently have is not working at all ....and I'm in need of another one ASAP. Can someone help ? Is there a problem with my account ?

Hey there, m0nicaxx! Is your billing address of the card the same as the delivery address?

Yes it is. I even used my husbands & made sure that i changed the info on the billing before i pushed contract details on it .

Nope never had sprint at all before coming to boost . could it be that my husband still has 1 month left until he gets a upgrade ? We are on a family plan together.

If the card does not have enough funds or credit limit or incorrect billing information is entered that doesn’t match the card holder’s name you will get an error on page.
