Boost up

I've been a loyal customer since 2011 and have used the boost up! Problem in the past. I have payed off my contract over a year ago and was told by a customer service rep that my account would be updated with in three days.
So I waited and still am not eligible for the program again even after I have talked to a customer service rep twice.
My question is why can't anyone help me with this on going problem I'm having, cause I'm really annoyed and about ready to leave boost for another company.
