I called customer service and asked them to suspend an account on my family plan. She misunderstood me, and deleted the entire account. I only wanted to suspend the service. They are telling me it will take 48 hours to listen to the phone call. I just paid the bill. What do I do to get my account back?

I called customer service back and was able to speak with a different agent. I explained my concerns to him (Luis) and after listening to my phone call from the previous agent, he was able to help me. I got my account back. Thanks so much!'
