Account Suspended

It has been a few months since I had been able to “re-charge” my hotspot. I tried to login today for that purpose and it says my account is suspended.

I was wondering what happened. Why was my account suspended?

That would have cancelled the account. You would need to reactivate it again. You may activate it online.

I’m not able to check payment history, but I believe the last time was around July 30, 2020.

To send a Private Message you can go to your profile and click on the icon with an envelope. Then you enter the username of the person you want to send a message to and the subject. Or you can go to the user profile by clicking on the username and click on "Send this user a Private Message".
