Account hijacked

I received an email stating that my pin and security question had been changed this morning for my account.  After spending 20 minutes on the phone with customer support, the best they could do is wait 72 hours after I could not answer the pin or security question (which had been changed!)

This is unacceptable.  How do I get my service back sooner?

Sorry to hear that. Because we take keeping your account information secure very serious, we do have an option to help you when you cannot authenticate your account through our normal process. Please contact customer care at 1-888-322-1122 so they can take you through our Alternate Authentication process.
