Account Balance Full Still Not Working
Bought a SIM card kit activated my phone and added reboost card. TWO DAYS AGO! Phone won’t call out, won’t text keeps saying balance is low, I go onto my account says I owe $0.00. I’ve contacted support and I’ve gone in store where I was told to go back to where I bought everything and have them fix it? Is that not an issue for Boost Mobile? Anyway if anyone had any useful information on how to fix this problem I’d appreciate it. I didn’t just spend all that money to not be able to use my phone.
