Valid Re-Boost Card is Rejected - Cant Activate Account

Hello, I bought a ReBoost card and when I try to pay to reactivate my suspended account, the website is rejecting the boost card even though it says its valid. Can someone please fix this?

Hello James! Thanks for reaching out! If you account is in "suspended" status you will have to call in to 1-866-402-7366 or chat with us on boostmobile.com to turn account back on.
