Suddenly can’t add money to my account

For the last 3 days I’ve tried to add money to my account and it always fails.  My credit cards are ok and 1 is registered for the monthly auto pmt but is rejected every time.  I’ve used the app, website, through the phone and with customer assistance but

always fails.  Can this be fixed ?
