Plan was changed unexpectedly after already paying for a plan.

I have been a customer with boost for nearly a year now. I recently upgraded to the expanded network and ordered a new sim card in the mail. Things worked fine for a couple days until tonight suddenly I can't text or call unless connected to wifi and my mobile data ran out. Well come to find out after I had already paid my 50 dollar plan fee for the month they changed my plan. I understand that's necessary to upgrade to the 5g network but in my understanding I'm supposed to get the same or better plan in the process not worse! I can't even use my service and I've been scammed out of my 50 dollars. This is unacceptable and needs to be made right or I will take my business elsewhere.
