freemsg@boostmobile.com

I keep receiving emails from freemsg@boostmobile.com saying my accounts been changed, so-and-so has been added to my family plan.  However, I do not have an account with boost mobile. Someone used my email by mistake?  I'm really sick of receiving these messages.

Any one out there? Any idea as to why this keeps happening?

Hello Brynn! Thanks for bringing it to our attention. In these cases, there may have been an error when the email was provided. We completely understand how frustrating it can be to get emails that don't pertain to you. On the emails that you are getting if you scroll to the very bottom, it should give you an option to unsubscribe. If it doesn't please reach out to us so we can get it cleared up.
