Continuous "something went wrong" Error when paying to buy a service


I am trying to buy $240 annual plan. but the payment page will continue to error out with message - "something went wrong"

I have tried multiple cards and tried calling customer care as well, but they cant do anything per them. 

Is there ANY way to purchase a service?
