Cancel Auto Payment after transferring number?

I recently transferred my Boost number to another carrier and can no longer access my Boost account to turn off autopay. Does this automatically cancel once the number is transferred or do I need to contact support?

Hello @Midnightghoul! Your account is automatically canceled when a number is ported out, this will end any future payments as well.
