Absolutely Broken Support System

I didn't need service for the last few months as I was primarily using wifi. However now when I try to reactivate my number I can't log into my account, and when I try to chat with a live representative I have to log into my account to do so, which I can't do as the account is locked.

Hello Daniel The account automatically cancels after 120 days from becoming interrupted. When this happens you will need to call in to start a new account or you can create one on our website: https://activate.boostmobile.com/primary/activations-home?intnav=UtilNav:Activate
